These workshops focus on holistic well-being, providing women with tools for physical and emotional strength during their breast cancer journey. Topics include nutrition, exercise, mental health, and self-care.
Pairing breast cancer survivors with newly diagnosed women creates a supportive network. This mentorship offers guidance, shared experiences, and a sense of community, fostering resilience and hope.
